They have a walk-in service, but I have always made appointments (I always found there are appointments available when I need them). I was VERY nervous about having manipulations of my spine, the chiropractor was brilliant, very patient and explained the small risk involved and did the appropriate tests to make sure it was ok to proceed. As well as back and neck adjustments, I went on to have treatment for my TMJ, which succesfully reduced my tinnitus and ear pain.
