Had a bracelet and ring to repair, Bracelet able to be fixed, ring far too much to fix and Benjamin was great when i said i couldn't do it. Ring was returned to me. He also fixed my watch and locket where my daugher had tried to close with her teeth. The service was fantastic at all times.
