Every time i shop at Wallace Bishop, the staff are very help full and nice, they never pressure me in to buying something, they give the opportunity to go away and think about the purchase and come back, this makes me more sure about my purchase, i always walk away with what i wanted and not what i got talked into. over all very happy

GOOD FRIENDLY SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND A LAUGH THE STAFF MEMBER TOOK A GENUINE INTEREST IN THE GOODS WE PURCHASED AND MADE SURE THAT THE ITEMS WERE THE RIGHT SIZE. WE PURCHASED AT A SALE TIME SO THE PRICE WAS GREAT THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE COMPUTER SYSTEM KEPT CRASHING

Products are good, Sales staff are friendly and somewhat helpful although sometimes they didn't seem to listen to what we wanted, unfortunately after sales service was not that great either.
