I was after wallpaper for a renovation, and the lady said if I ordered that day, there was a chance that it could arrive in 2 weeks instead of the estimated 2-3 weeks. On that basis, I took the risk and placed my order. It has been 4 weeks now and it has not arrived, nor was I advised there was a delay. I called and the phone rang out, sent a message via the web form which they didn't receive.

Having spoken to them yesterday, they said they said they are 'too busy' to contact customers about every delayed order. I would think that considering the nature of their business, it would be important to let customers know when a product is not available so they can plan accordingly. We set aside time each weekend to do the wallpapering and the wallpaper never arrived. Being so hard to contact only compounded the situation.
