A zero star business! Used to handle our Bodycorp. Were good the first year but then went down hill.
Last 12 months no communication, refuse to return calls, no levy notices sent, don't know if bills being paid, try to get answers cannot get past rude and arrogant receptionist. (Whole team are arrogant)
Now that they are no longer our bodycorp managers they are sending levy notices to us.
Highly do NOT recommend.

They are not even worth a 1 star. Terrible , unprofessional organisation to deal with. They don't manage your property for you they just collect your money and lie. They don't return calls, Body Corp don't maintain the properties they properties look like dump. SAVE THE HEADACE THEY HAVE A BAD NAME IN THE MARKET PLACE!

They not deserve any Stars.
So this was big struggle giving them 1 so I could write a review.
Matt (so called Rental Property Manager) refuses to return calls & numerous emails.
As a Tenant of 10 years I requested a copy of my current Tenancy Agreement & to discuss monthly rental amount.
Never got a call back or an email until around 6 months later.
They haven’t done an inspection for over 5 years.
Oven not working, outside fence completely fallen apart, water leaks, gutters desperately need cleaning, lights in garage not working & the list goes on & on.
Next step is VCAT.

Avoid at all costs. Took them to vcat twice because they wouldn’t do repairs, I won and they had to pay out over $3,000 compensation….safe to say the landlord ditched them soon after.

Be warned. Avoid at all costs.

Just like every other review here has already stated, they provide extremely poor service and display very poor professional practice.

As a landlord, I was recommended their services by someone related to one of their staff in order to rent my property. However, while the initial meeting was great, it quickly became apparent that they over promise and under deliver.

They will never pay your rent on time, even when already paid by the tenant. They will rarely, if ever, respond to your phone calls and emails (unless they need something from you, then you will be harassed). And if you complain, they will respond with aggression and threats.

The kicker? After finally parting ways, they charged me for a tax statement from the previous financial year that they had failed to provide me for back then.

Of note, when I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, they threatened me with legal action.

The Rental Property [redacted due to personal identifier] is absolutely useless.
Numerous emails & calls made regarding installing an air conditioner since mid January 2021 & still nothing.
Ongoing water leaks which is causing further damage.
Left with no option but to get Legal Advice.

We pay Walshe and Whitelock to manage our Owners Corporation. They are negligent, rude and ignorant of relevant legislation. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with. They will happily take money, but seem to feel no obligation to do any work. Even zero stars would be more than they deserve.

That is my experience as well, absolutely hopeless. They would be responsive until money is paid, then zero response to emails to calls, nothing gets done, not even the most basic provisions.

I would give zero stars if I could. The company is an absolute joke! Their property management team is pathetic. They do not respond to emails, and do not return calls Do not have anything to do with [Redacted] if possible. She is the most incompetent manager you will ever meet. She has no clue about the properties she is managing and is terrible at her job. I had to go to VCAT to deal with an issue with her and there were others there on the same day with the exact same complaints. Basically, that she does not respond to, or deal with any issues and owners are forced to go through VCAT to get a result.
I complained to the Director and he completely ignored my complaints.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely agree. I have had the same experience with their staff - and the director - ignoring emails. They don't care.

Brunswick branch of 'Walshe & Whitelock' are a shame to the company name. I went several times to collect rental list and to inspect their property. The front desk was rude. In front of me, the way they were talking to their tenant I was surprised. In this rental crisis I didn't rent their property just because I didn't want to face them again.

I had the exact same problem. Never again. I am horrified by the way they treat there customers. I would really like to report them to there boss.

I totally agree. They are absolutely horrible to deal with and will never bother using them again. They take no care to confirm the right details and make a plethora of mistakes in every conceivable way.
