When I purchased my house 6 years ago there was filtered water in the kitchen sink, when the filter was running out I received a courtesy phone call to replace the water filter with instructions, every year the kind lady from WFA rings and asks if our water filter needs to be renewed, I have to say that it is a good service and it is delivered within a day. The price is reasonable for filtered water
