They take your money by credit card and don't deliver parts, then don't refund your money. It's a scam , so many excuses, My car still has no gearbox for a month and still no refund ! Don't pre pay for parts from Joseph Said ,Wanted Autos , he just lies and lies . He's now under investigation , you have been warned

Never buy from this business, they take your money and don't post your part. They don't refund or communicate with you. I lost $220 and wouldn't trust them again

Do not ever send this person money. I have never encountered anyone this dishonest, before. Deserves negative stars.

Lies about having the parts and then stalls for weeks (blaming everyone else, including the couriers). Refuses to refund money.

Be WARNED very WARNED after purchasing a part for my Mercedes it never arrived, I patiently waited while nothing arrived with every excuse you could think of , after 2months Wanted Autos said he would refund my money $200 after waiting another month with more excuses his accountant was away he's personally gone in the bank and put it in himself he only does banking on Thursdays his computer is down lies lies lies guaranties the money's in every day it's been 6 weeks I call every day still not a cent in the bank

Totally unbelievable. The lies, the stalling, the deceit. Blaming courier, the woman who does accounts, the dog that ate the paperwork. Will call you back? Never happened. To their credit no one I spoke with was ever discourteous. And I eventually got my money refunded into my account. But I had to work hard for it. Pay more and go somewhere reputable.

I ordered a mass air flow sensor for a Mitsubishi Express 10 days ago. I ring -5working days trying to get a tracking number-

Stop trading with these guys!!! I purchased an ECU and initially provided with car model and the part s/n however got something different. Referred to Fair Trade - nothing helpful. I have been contacting [Retracted name] for more than 10 months asking for refund which never received. Eventually I called him and said that I am donating that money to his family to survive. I think he was in desperate need for these $200-240 ( can't even remember )!!!

Wanted Autos as in Wanted Posters for criminals! Stay away from these guys unless you can go to their yard personally. I paid for a part and they did ship BUT everything fell apart once my mechanic realised it wasn't the right part. Fair enough, mistakes happen. (Though I now see from googling 'Wanted Autos Reviews' that they make a habit of sending wrong parts). The Wanted Autos person I spoke with agreed there was a problem and agreed to ship the right part, so still, I'm thinking the best BUT he just kept saying that he would ship it and NEVER has. (2 weeks since contacting, 3 weeks total) Eventually, that same Wanted Autos person agreed to refund my money ... Great, Not! I'm still waiting ... (And again I see from other online reviews that Wanted Autos make a habit of promising to refund but never doing so). Wanted Autos do expect to collect the part back off my mechanic though. So please do explain how that works Wanted Autos??? You have my money AND you want the part back so that leaves me with my car still broken, no proper part and out of pocket $575. No Way ... I'm keeping that part until I get my refund! And a response to a Facebook post I made was that they won't refund until I send the part back, even though I can see from the experience of others that they won't refund even if I did send the part back. Stay well clear of these frauds - Google 'wanted autos review' if you need more convincing.

I purchased several parts for a car and the supplied parts were not what I ordered even after sending photographs of the car and the specific parts that I ordered.
As with most cars there are various models and for a specialist recycled car parts supplier I was amazed that they didn't even come close to supplying the correct parts.
I contacted the company to return the parts and was ignored, after various phone calls and e-mails I contacted the NSW Office of Fair Trading for assistance however despite their efforts and mine and although I returned the parts in good fair at my cost, no refund was provided and the correct parts were not supplied.
It was a most disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend the business to anybody.
