I am consistently unimpressed with this business. Staff are not friendly or helpful. Unfortunately they are my local post office so I have to go there. Packages are always difficult to find, the staff do not communicate well with customers and I was recently ripped off when advised to purchase a 3kg pre-paid post bag for a small light weight item. Either the owner had no idea what he was talking about, or he was taking us for a ride because it was easiest/most profitable for him. I should have spoken up at the time, but the item was already scanned and my husband already handing over the money so I did not want to make a scene. Bad business!
