I've been in to Waratah on a few occasions now.
Being a bit sus on the 'organic' claim, I spoke to the owner to ask which part of the cafe was organic. I was pleased to discover that everything, 'right down to the oil, salt, and pepper' is certified organic. How refreshing.
The raw cakes are divine. I've had smoothies, the lunch plate (which changes daily), chia pudding, and more.

My only gripe is that they can be quite slow, and have forgotten drinks/items. I think this will not be an issue as they gain more experience.
