I used to visit this clinic all the time and saw the same doctor. He no longer worked out of that practice.
I saw another of their regular doctors, and requested what I needed.
He gave me the prescription, and I went to the chemist. They phoned to confirm the script as there had been other scripts there, from other doctors (in my name).. the doctor rudely told them to cancel the script.
I tried to follow up and was rudely spoken to.
I then received a letter saying I was no longer welcome, due to there being scripts in my name, from other doctors.
I found out my Medicare details had be “used” by another person and I raised a fraudulent activity claim and got a new card.
I attempted to go back and was refused.
I have never been so offended, and had always had such wonderful service.
The reception team could not be more beautiful and caring, this doctor, specifically, made me feel awful.
