The service I received from Warners Bay Paint and Panel in conjunction with NRMA insurance on two occasions, once a few years ago and again recently was excellent in every way. The repair job was done extremely well, I am a very happy customer who very highly recommends Warners Bay Paint and Panel to anyone needing their vehicle repair services.

I will start by saying that they did a good job on the car repair. The customer service though could be better. I had my car inspected several weeks beforehand and advised it would take five days. I rang on the Wednesday and was told more work was needed and to ring on Friday. I rang on Friday and was told it was not ready and to ring on Monday. Needless to say I was not impressed that I didn't have my car on the weekend. I rang on Monday and was told to ring on Wednesday. I rang on Wednesday and finally it was ready. I picked up the car which had been washed and vacuumed. A part had been broken off and I was told that the part had been ordered and they would ring when it arrived. When I looked at the car in the sunlight the next day I discovered a film of dust all over the interior. Filthy! I spent over $100 getting the car cleaned. They also didn't ring me about the part, I had to ring them to organise for it to be fitted. So my main gripe about this business is customer service. If they had known my car was not going to be ready in the initial timeframe why not just come out and tell me! Also, if you're going to wash and vacuum how about polishing as well instead of leaving me with a grotty car. Not sure if I will use them again.
