The staff here are sooooo rude. First we never got greeted. My son asked for a baby chino and if it was okay if it was all froth, lady making it said 'ill do my best but do you know how hard it is to make froth?' Came on lady the sign out the front says best coffee in town and you can't make froth? I certainly did not enjoy my coffee, my focaccia never arrived. It was over priced and the place stunk like wet dog. I really have nothing nice that I could say about this place other then it is close to the river and you can go for a nice walk from here.

We too find the comment 'hard to make froth' interesting. In this case, perhaps it is a good thing that we are not coffee drinkers. Reeces

A nice place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Great outdoor seating on big grounds so plenty of room to breathe and the kids to wander in full sight.

The state ' the best coffee in Warrandyte' and according to someone in my group who had a skinny latte, it was very very good! My girls enjoyed the baby chino's and marshmallows, my iced coffee was great - real coffee and no cream! Also on our table was a pot of tea that was leaves not bag so also very good.

Service was ok....a bit slow; they were busy but for the space and the amount of tables and it being a beautiful spring Sunday one would expect enough staff on hand.

Table service, tables inside and outside and lovely shady grounds.

A very plesant afternoon tea experience.

Walked in, was a couple of minutes before I was greeted, didn't know if I was to sit down or order at counter. After being told to take seat anywhere took a while before I was given menu. Staff relitavly friendly. Food was really great. Had a vege pizza and they very kindly took the cheese off half for my niece who is lactose intolerant. Prices good. Overall was disappointed with service but very happy with food.

Approximate cost: $20

Try their Yarra Trail antipasto plate to share. Bit squishy inside but lots of tables outside - great in summer.

Approximate cost: $22
