I rang Saturday lunchtime after discovering my hot water service was coding and not heating (previously had used WEP for last hot water service issue). A guy came out, was flatout rude from the get go, accused me of not being a customer and never have used them before according to him, he flatly refused to even look at my HWS, refused to use a 2-step ladder showing me he had a prosthetic leg, he made me use the ladder to turn the HWS off then on, flatly told me he knows nothing about these systems and to ring the builder who built it 5- yrs ago while asking for the user manual. Walked away with no help, he was downright rude, arrogant and humiliated me, and to top it off I later found out he is the business owner. I rang Critech plumbing Monday morning and by Monday afternoon they had it working fine Will never ever use WEP again, and you will loose many more customers with your lack of service
