I decided to give them a go as i had just purchased a new car and wanted to look after it. When i returned to pick up my car i found that the team at Wash N Shop had damaged all the black rubber bumpers, skirts ect with white chemical marks that do not come off. When I pointed this out to Nick the onsite manager he claimed that they accepted no liability and it was between me and the owner, who would call me...... They would not give me the contact details of the owner and stated this happened every so often.... I am still waiting for the owner to contact me and am now forced to make a claim via the insurance company...

Buyer beware... if you care for your car do not leave it with this company....
