They took almost 2 month to give a quota to fix my watch after I reminded them at least twice and the quota ($180) was almost twice expensive then the one from the other shop on the same floor. As I did not like to go a head with them, they did not give back $20 deposit either. There was no sign of non refundable deposit in anywhere.

They are great to deal with. They help with repairs & replace batteries. They also have a good variety of watches. They are friendly & always very helpful.
