I normally ask for a price before I get anything done here, whether engraving or key cutting, etc. The one time I was in a rush and didn't think to ask, I was extremely horrified by how much I was charged to get a couple of links taken out of a watch. Some of the staff are helpful and friendly but some can be quite grumpy!
A couple of times wanted to buy batteries and the guy was missing with a note that he'll be back. Not very happy to sit and wait for him. They've got a good range of watches and they will change your battery in no time.
