My hot water system was leaking from the pressure relief valve. Initially, it was just leaking a little water occasionally, but by Saturday evening, it just kept running. On Sunday 7:30 am I rang a couple of 24-hour services, but just heard “please leave a message”. Then I rang Water Tight and spoke to Tom Martin. He said he would come immediately, and he did. He provided his advice and very professionally got the job done. It was an excellent customer service and I would recommend Water Tight to anyone.

I have engaged the services of Water Tight Canberra over the past six years and have been very pleased with their professional approach to a variety of plumbing concerns. These have ranged from major excavation of my home’s old sewerage system to replace sewer pipes and solve a drainage problem, to the replacement of one hot water system and servicing of another. I have always been able to rely on Tom and his team to effectively deal with every plumbing problem.

I have an investment unit which had a major water leak under the shower. I had previously had other plumbers incorrectly identify problem. I called watertight and Tom came out. He correctly identified problem and organised an external waterproofing to come and fix. I also had all my taps changed and installed a new toilet during process. All the guys from watertight were very polite and professional. Its now a year on and the toilet lid had come loose. I phoned watertight and they came a few days later and fixed for no charge. I am very happy with the service ive recieved and would recommend them to everyone. Matt

Tom and his team did an outstanding job for us in fixing a blocked drain that other plumbers had insisted required digging up (costing $8000). Not only did Tom go above and beyond to help us, he took a personal interest and is damn good bloke. I don't normally write public reviews, but Tom deserves more than this few minutes of my time. Sam was invaluable with his advice and help. What started off as a free water pressure test, led to the solution of a problem that had plagued us for two winters. Our showers were troubled by fluctuating water temperature when we were at low cold water input. Other seasons were fine - we couldn’t figure it out, but Sam did.

A really positive experience from beginning to end. Everything about the Water Tight team was great, from Joseph's friendly and helpful manner on the phone through to Sam's great job on site. I highly recommend these plumbers - they came when they said they would, ensured I clearly understood what the problem was and what the options were to fix it, and were very affordable as well. Definitely my plumbers of choice in the future!

I honestly don't know where to begin. I rang late on a winter's day with a blocked toilet, and Tom arrived 15 minutes later. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and very quickly located where he thought the problem was. It was late in the day and he decided to book one of his team for the next day. Sam rang early the next morning and again turned up within ten minutes. Equally courteous and professional. He and Tom worked out the best approach and Sam then proceeded to fix it. Both Tom and Sam explained things like they were talking to an informed layman, not an idiot: including what the likely problem was, the eventual ACTUAL problem and how they solved it. And all at a very reasonable cost. Very reasonable. You honestly don't GET this kind of professionalism any more...except you do. Apart from this review, I'm telling everyone I know :-)
