Tom came to my rescue after Bunnings assured me a toilet outflow valve was "easy to install". Thankfully he was able to come the next day and let me know when he was on the way so I didn't have to take a day off work. He also replaced the other moving parts so it is now good as new and best of all didn't charge me a stupid tax for trying to fix it myself. Very happy to recommend Water Tight Canberra.
