I think that recipient is great, I've been coming to this surgery for nearly 20yrs and I enjoy the energy that bec and Stacy have bought to the clinic, I've seen them go above and beyond. For example, they occupied a child while the doctor delivered the father bad news.
It's a joy when I'm feeling down , I go in and it's a relaxed feeling and sometimes good for a laugh with old fellas telling the girls jokes and they take the time to listen, also just to the ppl in general ,God love them, it's most probably the only conversation the oldies get.
Sometimes the doctors do get behind but that has happened in every doctors surgery I've gone to, it happens, you just have to be what you are ,a patient and have some compassion and consideration for what the doctors are dealing with, if it's you in the room , you want the time u need to say, why you are there for so they do sometimes get behind but thats cause they do care, some ppl just need to loosen up.
Recipient would have to deal with a lot of crap, my sister use to be 1 and she had to deal with rude ppl with attitude and she would go home in tears because of the rude ,impatient, Inconsiderate , grumpy ppl , so I can only imagine what bec has to put up with, poor bugger.
I love the place , the doctors, recipient the whole staff are awesome.
I recommend this surgery highly .

I am so glad I have made the move to this Medical Centre. I have a wonderful Doctor T Aslam who has been so patient and kind and helpful and excellent as what he does. I fully recommend him and also Nurse Stacey she really knows her job and doe's amazing at it. She is very caring as well as professional and another thumbs up to Bec at reception you do an amazing job and you are the first person I see when I walk into the surgery and it's always a great feeling. You all do such an amazing job so stay doing what you all do best being human, caring, showing compassion while still being professional. Keep up the great work . I give you all a BIG five star plus rating.

Since Angela has left the phone and front reception service is terrible. My regular doctor is excellent and occasionally runs an appointment behind, however the others don't care about appointment times just waited nearly an hour and walked out without being seen. The reception didn't even check and advise a wait time just left me to ask, that's not customer service.

i went here a few times and the staff are just so helpful and kind and thourough they are fantastic and dont look at you like a germ which is really good

Have always had a great experience at this medical center its not my doctors so to walk in and just feel exceped by the staff there is great and always get an appointment when needed

Sick and tired of not being able to see a doctor when you are really sick. Well ring the Waterford 7 Day Medical Centre and you are sure to get in when you want AND they bulk bill AND the doctors are great. Definitely the place to go when you are sick.
