Booked a party of 18 kids and they only catered for 16. The "meals" consisted of two chicken strips and one cookie. The kids were absolutely starving leaving me no choice but to provide my own food. Overpriced for what was provided. Difficult to get in contact with them and they didn't bother to respond to emails. Staff were completely unhelpful and inflexible. Don't ever book a party here.

Approximate cost: $26

Awesome water playground for kids and adults of all ages. The water slides kept the older kids entertained for ages while the wet playground was a big hit with the littlies. It is rather expensive for a whole family to visit though. We got a promotion on one of the internet sites and that made the price reasonable. If you haven't been there, I highly recommend it. Just make sure to be there early else the queues for the slides can be a tad bit long.

This is a fantastic water park/swimming pool! My kids are obsessed with the indoor swimming playground! How could it be better? Just the price is a bit high. I know it is new and has a lot of fancy things but to keep people coming back regularly it needs to be a little cheaper. Swimming lessons here were great (We had Bridget who was amazing) but the prices were the same as a private swimming school and we just couldn't afford that! Lots of area for little kids to swim and during the week (not school holidays of course) its actually pretty quiet and manageable. Slide prices are crazy...haven't given the slide a go yet but hopefully one day!

Loving this place! It's fun, so much for kids to do, it's so big so it doens't matter how packed it is. For the babies you just have to pay for yourself and they are free. There is a big bucket that fills up every 5 mins or so then tips water all over the play equipment...there are a few waterslides that you can go on with general admission or you can pay to go on the massive one! it's just a great morning out and tires out the kids perfectly. It can be a bit chilly inside for the littlies even though the water is heated but perfect that it's all indoors no need to worry about sunscreen or rain!! Best of all the cafe food there is yum! sushi, potato cakes, sandwiches...so much on offer and whilst it's a bit more exy than in the shops it's not over the top!! so much fun love it love it! $6.60 for an adult $5.00 for a child excluding the big waterslide admission

Approximate cost: $6.50
