I booked accommodation for a business trip which had to be re-scheduled. Had paid two thirds of the total amount (credit card per phone) then despite giving them 10 days notice prior to arrival they refused to change the booking and then charged the remaining amount to my credit card. Have travelled the world and never experienced such an inflexible attitude. Then on the morning of the originally booked arrival, received a very curt txt wanting to know where i was, despite the fact that I had informed them via email that I would not be coming. Will not be booking there again and will stay elsewhere for the re-scheduled trip.
