Wayne Gear Builder

Wayne is a very nice man and the best builder I came across.
Unfortunately I only met Wayne not long ago to Build our home.
I would have liked him to build my previous homes here in Geelong. Never mind there is always a next time. I only can highly recommend Wayne. I had to change this nice words that after we had two independent building inspectors out we came across of lots of issues from this builder. He does not check the work of his trades people and most likely does not know the Australian Building standards. Therefor I can not re-comment him.

Wayne was recommended to us by friends who have known him as a reputable builder for over 25 years in Geelong and surf coast. He did some work for our house. I found him to be trustworthy, honest and does excellent work. What I appreciated most was his ability to find the best and cost effective solutions for us. He also showed a lot of innovation when solving some of our problems.
