1) Watch out for the sneaky $99 admin fee on any registry less than $1,999 (once excluding Wishing Well contributions, contribution fees/gift, wrapping etc). This is hidden in the Contribution T&Cs within the Actual T&Cs (you have to click a link to access it).
2) Unpleasant to deal with both via email and over the phone.
3) See other reviews on gifts coming separately/not wrapped.
Would not use them.
On the upside - they have a nice website

The Wedding List co provides a beautifully done website and curated selection of items. The list is easy to setup and share with family and friends....and this is about the end of the ease and quality of the experience.
After guests purchase their items they are NOT automatically placed aside, even months if paid for months in advance. So after the event, your guests may have paid for items that have been 'discontinued' and you're given the opportunity to spend it on something else (...feels a little dishonest?)...note, you also have to spend the rest of your 'credit' to close your list....so you might not realise after the chaos of the big day that you haven't done so!
Gifts take up to 8 weeks to arrive after you 'close' your list and do not come wrapped or with any sort of note as to who-gave-what - the website will provide these answers but it really takes the romance out of the experience.
My gifts also came in drips and drabs over three months and counting depending on what was yet to arrive in the warehouse --- even if my guest had purchased them months beforehand.
Communication with WLC was always prompt, polite and gave me an answer but at what cost? Still frustrating and a sub-par service that doesn't really offer competitive pricing.

The products on offer are beautiful and doing everything online is very convenient but beware the following as ALL of these things happened to me:
- Gifts will not come wrapped unless your guest pays to have them wrapped. You will receive some (cheaply) wrapped, some unwrapped and some with bows on them, so don't expect to have an 'unwrapping tea' because you will be humiliated.
- Even if you choose the option to have all your gifts delivered together, they will not be all delivered together. Despite having showrooms, this firm does not keep all the products offered onsite and procures them from overseas suppliers.
- Some products will be 'unavailable', even after your guest has purchased them and you have sent them a Thank You note using the Thank You Card Manager tool – a tool you will be forced to use because delivery takes so very long. Think eight weeks after the list has been closed by you (much longer than is polite to start writing Thank You notes). That's right: you will thank a guest for a gift they have bought and paid for, and then, on the day of delivery, you will receive an email from Wedding List Co saying you're not getting that gift anymore.
- You will predominantly be communicated with via email, even regarding things such as changes in delivery time and date. Don't expect phone calls from these guys because they are "a tiny team of only four." I feel like it is time to hire a fifth.
- Although your guests write heartfelt notes upon buying your gifts, unless they pay for a card, you will only ever see these notes online. Even if they do pay for a card, it will not be attached to the gift but in a separate package as part of the delivery.
Beautiful selection of high quality gifts and it was lovely that the prices dropped with the major department stores but the above points really sullied the experience for us.

Approximate cost: $Free to bride and groom, guests pay market prices for gifts plus delivery and additional costs.

Wedding List Company provide an online and instore wedding gift registry. Couples can set up a list online, from their own computer, or choose to attend one of the stores if they live within certain major cities. The list allows you to add from thousands of items in their online store, from homewares, games, furniture etc. The list also allows you to manage the items as you like and receive notifications when a guest purchases something. The gifts are then delivered to your home on a date you specify, after your wedding. The entire service is free to the couple, unless you decide to have an online contribution registry also, which allows friends to deposit money to your account. This costs $99 for set up.

Approximate cost: $free-$99
