I ordered a product online and picked the overnight option. the next day i received an email to advise it was not in stock and would i be willing to wait a week while it came in or i could get a refund. one week later no email or product so i sent them an email. Called the company after no response to be told it would take another 2 weeks. no apologies. offered a refund which i have taken
