For Dr Tien Chuc

My name is Kaz. Last year I had a traumatic and violent domestic abuse situation with many injuries and ongoing issues.
I first saw Dr Chuc in December 2019.
Without his counsel, empathy and incredible ability to listen and sort through a myriad of entangled issues, I don’t feel I would be alive.
His understanding of psychology, the way the brain functions and all the complexities is amazing.
I am and will always be so grateful that he could “see” me. He made me understand that I was and am doing an incredible job of healing.

My wife and I both attend this practice and have for many years. Dr Houghton and Dr Crammond are great doctors who always give very helpful professional service.

The reception staff and nurses are always pleasant and we have no complaints with this practice.

My husband and I have recently moved into the Redlands we changed doctors when we moved and felt we were not getting quality service and that the doctor we were seeing should retire so we changed doctors once again to wellington point family practice. To our delight the doctor that we saw was very good and gave us a full check up. We are both 50 something and I have never had a doctor show so much intrest in my wellbeing before .We have found the new doctor for us it is a shame that all doctors care as much as our new doctor.

We have had excellent medical care from Dr Peter Wang at Wellington Point Family Practice for the whole family... and when we've needed to come with no appointment, or very short notice, have still been able to get in to see him, albeit after a short wait.

Doctors are available at this practice within business hours and on Saturdays, , as long as one is flexible about who one sees, when time is tight, but a locum is available out of hours. The doctors are thorough. There is a mix of experienced and relatively new doctors. The new doctors use their computers to research questions or conditions they do not have a thorough knowledge of. all are conscientious and thorough and one does not feel hurried. Reception staff are polite.

Always try their best to find me an appointment. Bulk bill concession holders. Doctors and staff are all friendly and many have been there for a long time. Range of different specialisations amongst the doctors.
