Avoid - price is yes low and competitive but the commercial fridge doesnt work. If you run a business , do not buy from them.

Buy crapy Wellkart fridge and not refund.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED
Bought fridge on 1st Nov. I contacted them a couple of times about when it would arrive due to it taking so long. Did not get any real answers until Nov 24th when I received an email saying my fridge was out of stock. Took nearly a month to tell me that my item was out of stock?? I called and asked for my money to be refunded straight away and to let me know when it had been. On Nov 30th money still had not been refunded, so I contacted them again. They said they would send me a cheque to which I said that I needed it back on my card. They said that they would not do this. I contacted ACCC who informed me that they must refund the same way as the original payment (back on my card). I called them back and told them this to which [redacted due to personal identifier] told me he didn’t care what the law states he was going to send me a cheque. He said go ahead report me to the ACCC.

This was a great place to go for my gym work and fitness. Since being diagnosed with Hypertension they have been helping me to loose excess weight and bring things down.
