The guy with the beard was very grumpy and short with us when discussing a quote and offered something that was thousands of dollars more than what we were offered by another company.

Amazing customer service! Wells Smash have outstanding staff and service. I had my car booked in for repairs they were outstanding they had done above and beyond what was required. What excellent service! Was car was sent there through an insurance job. I received a call to tell me my car had arrived safely and the expected time of the job. The next day I was called and told my car was ready. I was unable to collect until later in the day so Wells Smash repairs delivered my car to me! Not only did they do a great job with my repairs but they cleaned my car inside and out! Great staff to deal with. Highly recommend.
