I went to Wellthy Lifestyle from being diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, my GP referred me for a Home-based diagnostic sleep study, I was given a trial of a Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machine and then after about 3 months I purchased a CPAP Whilst I visited the shop I trialled the Shapemaster exercise machines for 30 minutes, then I subscribed for 1 month. I noticed for 5 minutes on 6 different machines was doing me good, I went 3 x a week for a month, also tried the Vibrosaun relaxation therapy,that was good, too.
