Food was excellent. Made better only by the friendly staff who provided 5 star service.

I don't mind the environment and the cleanliness of the place and food is not to bad... but the customer service is so bad... i waited for over 20 minutes just to be served at the bar and the attitude she gave me disgusting... i disturbed her while she was text in her phone....
On top of that i wait over 45 just for chips....

went there once to have there special that was advertised on window for a certain price when we ordered were told that items that were expected on the plate like potatoes etc had to paid for extra very disappointed with the place have not gone back

We had the $12 parma meal deal and it was well worth it's value. The plates were heaped including chips and a nice salad on the side. The service was quick and friendly even though it was quite a busy mid week night. We all could not finish our meals, we still had at least a quarter left. Very nice meals and the place was spotless, which is really nice compared to some eateries that i have been to in shopping complexes before. Would definitely go back.
