I had really bad lower back pain which they said needed 12+ treatments. After a thousand plus dollars spent with them my back wasn't getting any better. I asked whether it was more muscular but they insured me the manipulations were the correct method of treatment. I then saw a physio which they straight away released my hip flexors were so tight it caused pain in my lower back. After 2 weeks and 2 sessions, along with a lot of stretching and rolling on a foam roller my back was about 80-90% better and within the month it was back to normal! For a Chiropractor who works out a lot they would know what muscles were tight as well, but they offered no further suggestions / help, just manipulations..Beware...

I have been to quite a few chiropractors over the past 5 or 6 years and Dr Brian is one of the best. My posture has improved and my back pain has gone. I've also found as a result of the adjustments (and a bit of exercise) I can also work the long hours I am required to do for my job -- without catching every bug in the office! These days its unusual for me to be off sick.
