I have been here a few times ,had a few drinks on those occasions and have ordered food-on one occasion the food was very nice and on the other occasion the food was terrible ,which makes it more weird is i ordered the same meal?other then that the place was nice and clean and there were some friendly faces.

A standard pub that is in a great location. Is right across the road from a train station do perfect for transport. The food and drinks are well priced depending on what you get. Most times I have been there have had great food however once ordered lamb cutlets and ended up with ribs (which a worth A LOT less) was not impressed. however all other times have been ok.

The past two times my family have eaten here our meals have been terrible. The last time I ordered the chicken schnitzel it was raw! When I took it up to the counter the lady was very rude and said "didn't you order it rare?". My reply was simply "it's chicken". There is a nice bar there though but as a family diner I won't visit again. Also don't like all the outside area being reserved for smokers.

Unlike most pubs which are normally run by cost conscious penny pinchers and part of a large group, the WRH prides itself in offering quality food steaks that you could cook yoursef for $10 and drinks, in fact it is more like a quality restaurant. What can be better than having a Coopers or two, a few reds and a great steak? This is the place to bee. Looks good and confortable. Try this out

It's a great little place for a meal and a few drinks. It's right near public transport facilities. The people you meet in there are usually quite decent too.

Great little pub right on the corner of the main rd. Considered to be our local pub as is close to everything. Right around the corner from West Ryde train station. Always a great place to catch up with friends for a drink or something to eat. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great.

We often eat out at the West Ryde Hotel as they offer a wide variety of meals, its within walking distance of home and they have the sport playing on the tv. It's a relaxing atmosphere where you can cook your own meat and save a bit of money and watch whatever sport is playing on the television.
