Wonderful caring Doctors and caring receptionists.Cannot fault them, they are excellent.

I'd like to recommend a very professional pathologist called Teresa she has good knowledge about her job which she does skillfully and explains well what she's doing. She's easy to talk to and is concerned about the patient's well being. She is gentle and friendly when taking blood so my husband cannot feel a thing.

I do not recommend this clinic. Although there are a couple of good doctors here, there is one in particular (a principle owner) who is the rudest, arrogant, unprofessional & incompetent doctor I’ve had the misfortune to meet. He writes out pathology requests for his own practice when unnecessary & attempts to withhold prescriptions or repeats unless you do as he says. The wait times are getting longer (1 hour +) & appointments are not available. Sometimes there is only one doctor available & reception then discourage you from waiting (fair enough). Other times they won’t take patients after six even though they shut at eight (depending on which doctor is on). After putting up with this mob for the past few years, I will never go back after yet another unfortunate experience recently with the rude principle owner - he treated my husband and myself like dirt, wrote incorrect information in a specialist referral letter & kept pushing both of us to have pathology tests when we were not sick & refused to explain why he thought them necessary when we asked. A shame this man & a couple of others here ruin the reputation of the good doctors.

Several Doctors passed my concerns as irrelevant. My patient notes not kept up to date. Waiting time abysmal even IF reception remember to place you on the list Blood pressure never taken in 5 years attendance. Emergency Dept in Hospital amazed by lack of care I had obviously been given,
Avoid at all costs.

This is where I go when I need a doctor. It's usually not by appointment so can be long waits when busy, but there is a nice coffee shop just outside this place where one can relax while waiting if one knows how long the waiting time is. Most of the doctors are very professional and caring and I have my favs......two men and one woman doctor. One doctor there I wouldn't go to see if I was dying as he's so rude and arrogant not to mention disrespectful. Sad to say he's one of the principal doctors there so I avoid him like the plague. Without him I would have given this review 5 stars. Bulk billing is great too btw!

Very thorough doctors - I am happy with the services in this centre. Much attention to details and they are very concerned about ones health and well being. This is my local doctor and I would recommend this medical surgery to anyone!

They have one doctor on duty on Sunday and it is around 30 people waiting. We had to wait for 3 hours as they put people who made appointments before us even if we arrived first. Ridiculous. Who has one doctor running on weekend. Hate this place!

A great and convenient bulk billing doctor. I go here when i can't get into my normal doctor. Some are lovely however I have seen a few who want to get you in and out as fast as possible. The ladies at reception are lovely and can give you a rough estimate of how long the wait will be. Open long hours which is also helpful

Good medical center that bulk bills and opens 7 days a week. It can get extremely busy, but if you are not particular with which dr you want to see, you can sometimes go in first (which is great with kids!!). Some dr's are great, some a little on the quirky side, but overall good for a bulk billing service.

I often go here when I cannot see my local doctors.
At times it does get busy, though the the drs do their best to work down the line of people. The front desk girls are always friendly and they advise how long it will take for the dr to see you. Sometimes I go and do some shopping or browse the shops to kill sometime.

I often take my kids to my dr visits too and the dr give them lollipops to keep them happy which is great.

The lady that takes blood is nice too and she is so gentle
When taking blood I cannot feel a thing.

They could up date their magazines and could be cleaner.
