Sarah was recommended from loads of people in my community and I now know what all the fuss is about!

She quoted my 4x2 house up, which at the time was an absolute bomb site after we'd been away on holiday for a week. And like most people would understand, house pride can be important but she heroically got stuck in despite the chaos, at the same time as having a good old yack with my 2 boys and making a huge fuss of our pooch.

I didn't have a lot of time to be fussy with my selection, which she picked up on and so she made some great suggestions based on existing colour schemes and future colour schemes. She basically took the pain of it away for me, which is exactly how I like to work.

As well, I wasn't going to be ordering immediately, which she was happy to work around and her quote was competitive.

I ordered stage one and they arrived and were installed ahead of schedule. Stage two went over schedule by a few days and the reason why I mention this is because Sarah and her installer went out of their way to ensure I was kept informed, with the installer then calling one morning to confirm he had just picked them up and could install them in an hour, if I happened to be home. There's not much they can do when their own suppliers have machinery problems and their communication with me during this time was first rate, so it really wasn't a big deal.

I have to say, the service from Sarah and her team was fantastic. Sarah is a lovely lady, up for a laugh and certainly an expert in her industry. It is so good to know that service like this still exists and I will without a doubt, use nobody but her for all things blind related in the future!
