I have purchased from WD many times over the past 15 years and have always been impressed with their service, quality and value of their products and the tradesmen that complete the jobs - so I continue to return. This time I have just had floating floorboards laid and from the moment that I dealt with Andrea over the phone for the ordering of the product and the co-ordinating of the tradesman nothing was too much trouble and the job went extremely smoothly from beginning to end. Marc who completely the job was extremely professional and i would highly recommend him to anyone wanting floors laid. Very happy with my floors and i will continue to use WD for any future requirements.

Be very carefull if you need quality tiles. I had to return my tiles. Most of the tiles had chiped edges. To my surprise head of the shop, don't know his name, was not ready to recognise fault but appreciated Peter(salesman) who handled it and I got refund but it was such a waste of time to take them back for return. When I found faulty tiles @ the site I called them to take them back but the lady over the phone refused to do so. Practically that was quality check issue not my fault. They don't respect buyers time. PS The product was not on clearance.

I found the pricing and service to be very good. I completed a purchase recently and am sure to return there again in future when looking for floor coverings. If there was one matter that did stand out as "better" than I have ever seen before from a tradesman. it was Ray the carpet installer. He was on time and demonstrated a tradesman that truly takes pride in his work and carried out the work in such a professional, friendly manner, I was sure tradesman like that are extinct. I am happy with every person I come into contact. These days something hard to find. Well done to all the team.

Visited the local carpet store and was horrified at the prices, The lady who we spoke to in there quietly gave us the phone no for Western Distributors so we went to have a (look) the next day , We bought this really nice carpet and Underlay for a medium size room at a fraction of the cost. Service excellent, Attentive, Friendly and very Helpful. We got an end of roll and are very happy. My flooring needs carpet upstairs, so I will be back

Avoiding local suppliers as cost and service isn't a priority for them, I found Western Distributors fantastic. Their range of carpet to their competitive prices are the best and their customer service (from the warehouse to the carpet layer) is also very good. I got new (great quality) carpet and underlay throughout my house.

I think those guys are iconic for western suburbs as they operate for many years and hope they will do many more as they are friendly and they offer great prices on many items .Well done for them.

I have been renovating and building homes for several years now. Western is a trusted family name been around for years and they know their products and have a very wide range. If you are going to be in the game for a while, you can count on them being around also - they are second generation and will likely pass the business onto the third also.

Always had a good experience at this place. Most of our business has been pieces of vinyl flooring - room sizes and other useful pieces for wet areas. Also we needed carpet pieces. They also have a huge range of floor coverings to fit out a whole house if that's what you need.

There were many pieces for us to choose from, all sorts of sizes and patterns/colours. Great prices and all clearly marked. Staff were helpful in estimating area sizes but not pushy or obtrusive. Always new bits in to look at if you keep dropping in.

Watch out for parking along this busy road though.
