I have a very good experience with westpac,they are very efficient and their customer service are absolutely tremendous.I went in to enquire about transferring my account and the answers i got was very good.I would recommend westpac as the best in australia.

He was also responsible and did not try to push a sale, but rather offered genuine advise. Their rates and products are also very competitive.
