I went into the branch to change an old $20 and thought there would be hassles but far from it made me feel very comfortable. I am a customer but this is the most relaxed branch makes you feel not rushed and nothing it too much trouble..

When I have had to go into a Bank these wonderful people have been most helpful and always treat you with respect and kindness. Never felt rushed. Always greeted by my name which I think is a small but wonderful gesture. I am a happy customer.
