I recently needed to review my financial accounts and found the staff at my local branch to be friendly, helpful and polite. They talked to me in terms I understood and put me at ease straight away. Some great advice was offered and it certainly was to my benefit, not the bank's. Rare to find these days but if it's great customer service you're after, I recommend the staff at this branch.
