Had 2 accounts with Westpac and need to attend to some queries at the bank re. my accounts. I went up to the service desk right at the front of the bank and the lady did not even acknowledge my presence. I waited close to 7-10mins before another bank employee caught my eye and headed over. I then proceeded to make queries about my account matters to which they appeared very unprofessional. The teller during serving me had picked up his phone to receive a personal call! I could not believe it. Anyhow I got fed up with the service and asked if I could close my accounts. The teller could only help me close my credit card account and could not help me with another debit account I had. I was not overally impressed. Also had to change my address details 3 times as going into the branch the first time wasn't enough!
