The service is good if you have an inquiry. It is a little annoying when you're standing right at the front of the branch and noone is at the desk to see you straight away you feel a bit silly.
The staff at the Whitfords branch are very friendly and helpful. They are happy to answer any questions and always get the answers for you. The branch is clean and tidy.
