I had reason to complain to the Assistant Manager, who promised that he would refund the charges against our account by the next business day. After 3 days not only was the action not carried out, when I rang to find out why, the Assistant Manager wanted me to repeat the reason for the refund. No notes or customer service complaint form had been filled in by him and no action had been taken.
