most staff at the branch from the customer service officers to home finance manager who also deals with other branch, Dural, trying to be friendly but it looked like it was only on the surface. They maybe alright with routine banking transactions of everyday customers but definitely lacks initiation especially when it comes to customers requiring slightly more attention like refinancing, converting to interest only home loan and multiple loans. Definitely not aware of what their competitors are offering much less wants to know. I am changing banks as I can get much better service and deal from elsewhere.
