I had New Westfalen blinds installed in my house a couple of years ago and now needed a small repair job for a bathroom blind., Westfalen were very quick to solve the problem and Phong the gentleman who came to repair the blind was excellent.He rang before each appointment to let me know he was on his way, his work was super efficient and he was very polite and friendly.. Well done Westral, great products and great staff.

I am now happy to increase quality to 5 stars. Westral came back to look at quality of doors. Doors where taken away immediately to be re made. Joint finish is now as expected. Would use company again

Three security doors installed. Service and installation great.
Was disappointed with joints of finished product. All doors have small metal burs on most joins. Could have easily been removed before doors were assembled.

Westral has installed blinds and timber shutter in three bedrooms.Really happy with the service and the people who installed them. Have been using Westral for 14 yrs now and find them very efficient and helpful.

Would and have recommended Westral to friends and family, our new home has window treatments from Westral throughout and we could not be happier. Best price and installer always on time!

This is our second purchase from Westral for Crimsafe security doors. We are be pleased with their sales and installation staff, both very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The product is quite expensive but it's the only one that performs to this level of security without sacrificing appearance.

Estimator came measured and fitted the blinds in the specified time without having to call them.
Wastrel called to make the time for fitting and fitter was
very punctual.

Reliable and quick. I asked the installer of his opinion of a previously installed security screen (many years ago for a previous owner). He said it was no good and refitted on the spot for a small fee. Very happy!

Security screens installed in two rooms. Installer was polite and screens are high quality, however they did run out of time and had to come back for a second visit.

We had a new security door fitted and wanted it to look like part of the original build and not an afterthought. Both office and field staff were very professional to deal with. We were kept up to date with the progress of our order, the installer arrived at the agreed time, and he cleaned up properly at the end of the job. Very happy with the end result. Thanks guys.

Security screens installed to replace fly screens on all my windows. Perfect match to current security doors. Installation was quick and fuss free.

My father had a new custom sized screen door fitted to his kitchen and a new screen installed on his bedroom window. We found both the gentleman who quoted for the project and the installer to be most pleasant and helpful. The screens were installed within the given timeframe, and we were notified by the installer at what time he would be arriving to do the work.

All in all it was a totally pain free experience.

Two diamond-grill screens were installed on my front windows. The workmanship was fantastic and extremely quick! The tradesman whom installed the security screens was extremely polite and friendly. four roller blinds were installed in two of our front windows. the blinds move smoothly and suit our house well. the installer was very helpful and the left no mess following installation. the price of the blinds was better than other quotes we recieved

I had to have a kitchen widow security screen replaced, it was quicker and cheaper than i expected and the service guy was excellent, he gave acurate notice when to meet him so i could wash the old window - thanks

ELITE SECURITY DOORS
I am really happy with the door and the installer. Great product. The sales rep was helpful - Josh. He came out on short notice and selected a colour for me. My only suggestion would be to advise the client of lead time to making and installing the door. The installer came out on time, and even cleaned up.

Crimsafe Door installed.
Leigh did the measure up and was very professional and responsive when I wanted to change the colour. The installer was really friendly (unfortunately his name escapes me) and completed the installation perfectly considering the door jam wasn't square. Will definately recommend using Westral again.

We had security door installed today by westral professional it was very good experience in terms of quality and service. The sales person had visited my home, took the measurement and gave me the quote immediately with the print( hard copy) mentioning the Austrailian standard the follows.
