Extremely satisfied with repairs done to my vehicle they went above and beyond and I could not fault their service

I just picked up my Mercedes 2012 from West Star Prestige and felt compelled to write this review as normally I do not do this!
Firstly, their level of service and customer care can only be described as impeccable to say the least, from the office staff right to the guy that actually works on the vehicle and of course to the owner of the business. As a lover of cars I was worried that my pride and joy Mercedes, would not be the same again once it was repaired and the biggest worry i had was the re-painting as so many bad experiences with other repairers as to bad workmanship on the paint work. I can gladly say that in my opinion the car came out of the repair shop BETTER THAN the pre-accident. Their work shop is impeccably clean so to are the workers. I don't know another panel shop that performs in this manner and it is a massive credit to the owner Brad! Mate well done and i believe as a business man myself, you will be in business many many years with this excellent formula that you have transmitting right through the reception desk, to the delivery or hand over time. I cannot get over the fantastic job you guys did on my vehicle. Of course needless to say you have won me for life!! (hopefully i wont need you but if i do you will be the one)!! D.

I have always been grateful to them for taking the worry out of a stressful situation. From lodging the claim through to picking the car up, their service is exceptional. The workshop is so clean and everybody so helpful, and I am so happy with the repairs to my vehicle. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Having an accident can be a very stressful time but the staff at Weststar made the process alot easier and stress free. I was hesitant at first to take my Mercedes to them as they are on the other side of town for me, but I had been recommended by friends who were extremely happy with their repairs and I'm glad that I listened. I was given a time frame when I dropped my car off and was updated along the way on the stage that the repairs were at. They were very efficient in letting me know how the car was going and making me aware of any further damage found. When I picked my car up I was extremely happy to see the wonderful job they had done. My car looked brand new! I would not hesitate to bring my car back whenever the need may arise in the future as the standard and service offered were second to none.
