Friendly helpful staff. Large range and not too expensive. Your dog is welcome in the shop which is always nice. Lots of treats for dogs, lots of fish, aquarium plants etc

They sold us a container of rock salt for $8.95 and claimed it was aquarium salt! Then 1 month later sold us some charcoal which was packed same container as the rock salt which they had obviously packed themselves and watered it down so that it weighed more.

This is a great store if you're into your pets and are looking for something special. They stock some unusual gifts and a wide variety of pet supplies as well, all at reasonable prices, considering they're the only dedicated pet shop in Victor Harbor. Well worth a visit, particularly in the lead-up to Christmas when they have some fabulous things in store!

Great new store. Being the only pet store in Victor Harbor it has no other competition . But even if it did I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have everything that a pet would need. Toys, homes, beds, medicines, lights and feed. The staff helped with every query that I threw at them with a smile too.
