i had dl flyers sent out to me and they arrived damaged.
getting in touch with them was an absolute pain

the price was extremely competitive but this was countered by the poor level of customer service.

as will all.. you take the good with the bad. my expereicne with whirlwind has beeen both good and bay but thats expected with any business

My experience with Whirlwind Print has been both positive and negative. Their print quality is good but their service is on the whole pretty ordinary. Whirlwind batter on about how great they are and how easy they are to use but when you actually go to use them, their service and staff are pretty average. They seem overworked and very disorganized.

I have used Whirlwind for almost 10 years for low-cost 4-colour print jobs. The only reason I keep going back is the price! The service is absolutely disgraceful, they are one of the most disorganised companies you could come across.

Quite often my clients want to pay them directly rather than it going through me and this always ends in tears. Not only does the client pay but then Whirlwind send me an invoice too!! It happens every time.

The management must be pretty poor because they have very high staff turnover which means I'm always dealing with a different person. If I could find another company who delivered the same quality/price I would never use them again.
