I went to the one in Sydney, they charged a lot and the results are not convincing. they only care about making money. They gave me a piece which was so detectable and looked cheap even known I got charged a lot for it. There is much better out there. It was a big waste of money for me, I would strongly advise people not to go there. Do not even bother.

Do not waste your time or money with whitecliffs. I went through this company for a wig. $3000 got me a piece that fell apart within 6 months. Very very very disappointed. Do not use whitecliffs.

I went to White Cliffs in Sydney (run by the same people) I had a horrible experience with them, the management was rude and their only concern was money and the staff ruined a new hair piece I got by putting it on incorrectly and then cutting it before realizing they had messed up, so when I realized it had been put on in-correctly a made an appointment to go back and get it fixed. I'll tell you a little bit about the piece I ordered; I order a hair piece with about 22inch long, and the staff pressured me to let them give it a bit of a trim (after they put it on back-to-front, but neither of us had realized), she basically hacked half of it off!! I went home in tears (by the way I was about 19 when this happened) So anyway I returned a few days later and they put it on correctly and then the hair which I wanted to reach down to the middle of my back, which it had been that long when I first got it, now barely touched my shoulders, and the staff wanted to cut more off it!! So I broke down again and the staff was just standing there looking at the mirror asking me if they looked good in their jeans, I went out to express my distress to the management, hoping they would some how fix the problem but instead they started yelling at me saying that my hair never reached down as far as I said (even though I have photos of that hair piece before it was cut, with it down near down my elbows) and that it only ever reached my shoulders. They weren't even sorry for their mistake... so all I'm saying is save your money and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
