Customer service was excellent, lucas worked with us over 3 years without guarantee of getting a sale, to get our shed just how we wanted it to suit our needs and site. once we had the money and signed the contract to build, the sales team kept us up to date, provided quality instructions and were prompt in responses. Now delivered, I get positive comments from mates about the materials used compared to their sheds (Z instead of C or tophats, corrodeck instead of minicorro etc). not built yet, but just the piles and weight of materials show it's a going to be a strong quality shed.
