Azzi was the first makeup artist I've been to that actually took the time to listen to exactly what I was trying to achieve - an effortless natural glamour without the need to purchase a suitcase full of products - rather than pushing her own ideals. Others I have used have left me with one of two caricatures - the 'caucasian impersonator' or the 'geisha'; Azzi did neither. I was impressed by her extensive mix of brands and carefully self-potted palattes rather than mindless label loyalty.
