Bought a new element for a tumble dryer. Even after bringing the old one in as requested and the model and serial number I received the wrong part (too small). Unhelpful when queried. Hung up phone. Said there was no guarantee if not installed by him. Wouldn't refund. Tried to give a part from another machine. Said I didn't want. Take it or leave it. Didn't give a receipt for the original part. Shonky, don't trust!!
