We had parked in Wilson parking for the first time in the city. Upon arriving at Wilson we thought we were in the right car park. There were no numbers outside to know if it was the correct parking bay.
Who would have imagined there was another Wilson car park 100 metres away on the same side of the street! Mmmm

After discovering our credit card was charged with a fine, I sent an email explaining that we unknowingly went into the other Wilson car park, and that there were no numbers outside to distinguish it from the other one. There were plenty of parking bays all around us on either side so there was no problem of overcrowding.

They took well over a week to respond to us, and then advising us what we should have done! And that after the fact! Even telling us to ring on the intercom if we had any problems! Obviously if we knew that information we wouldn't have parked there in the first place! Let alone ring them on the intercom!
Very disappointed in their customer service.
